Needle-probe that rapidly expands argon at its tip (Joule-Thomson effect) to grow a lethal, CT/US-visible iceball, then thaws with helium. Typical procedural contexts include renal masses, lung and bone tumors, soft-tissue tumors, and pain palliation.
